Araria News: Sansad Sports Mahotsav 2025, which will run from 22 to 25 December in Araria district, will be inaugurated at Netaji Subhash Stadium located at the district headquarters. The objective of this sports festival is to encourage sports spirit, discipline, health and healthy competition among the students and youth of the district.
Sansad Sports Mahotsav will be organized in Araria from 22 to 25 December 2025. Its objective is to promote sportsmanship and healthy competition among students and youth. The inauguration will take place at Netaji Subhash Stadium. It will conclude at Junior Scottish Public School on Atal Bihari Vajpayee Good Governance Day.
Sansad Sports Mahotsav 2025, which will run from 22 to 25 December in Araria district, will be inaugurated at the Netaji Subhash Stadium located at the district headquarters. The objective of this sports festival is to encourage sports spirit, discipline, health and healthy competition among the students and youth of the district. The inaugural ceremony of this festival will be held on 22nd December at Netaji Subhash Stadium. Whereas the closing ceremony will be held on 25th December 2025 at Junior Scottish Public School on the occasion of ‘Atal Bihari Vajpayee Good Governance Day’. In the four-day sports event, talented players selected from various government and non-private schools of the district will showcase their sports talent by participating in competitions like athletics, volleyball, kabaddi, football, badminton and half marathon.
25th December 2025 Award Distribution
Describing the program as historic, MP Pradeep Kumar Singh said that such an event will provide positive energy to the coming generations of the district. The message of unity and harmony will be spread among the students through various games. It is expected that this program will be successfully organized with the cooperation of the organizing committee, district administration and media. Sansad Sports Mahotsav is an important initiative towards providing a platform to the emerging players of the district. The dignified presence of public representatives, educationists and sports lovers will boost the morale of the players and will give a new identity to the sports culture in the district. The local partners of this event are Scottish Public School and Mahalaxmi Jewellers. Athletics on 22 December 2025, Kabaddi, Football, Badminton on 23 December 2025, Half Marathon on 24 December 2025, from Netaji Subhash Chowk via Kali Mandir, Godharhi Chowk, Bus Stand, Zero Mile and will conclude at Netaji Subhash Chowk. The award distribution and closing ceremony will take place on 25 December 2025.
