Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections: Politics over tribal leadership, who will succeed? BJP or Congress

Bhopal. Regarding the assembly elections to be held in Madhya Pradesh, both BJP and Congress political parties have started setting their equations. Along with this, the efforts to help the classes on the basis of caste are also going on continuously. Tribal class is the most important in the state. History is the witness that the party with which the tribal vote bank got associated got power in Madhya Pradesh. And when the Rajya Sabha elections were held in 2020, the BJP sent Sumer Singh Solanki to the Rajya Sabha. On the basis of all these faces, BJP is trying to bring the tribal vote bank in its favor in the battle of 2023. But the problem for the BJP is that even though it has taken these tribals forward, all of them have remained confined to their respective areas.

BJP said it has a whole tribe of tribal leaders
BJP state minister Rajneesh Agarwal says that BJP is not a leader based party but a worker based party. BJP has a whole set of tribal leaders. Congress has tired tribal faces. BJP has full faith that each and every one of their workers is working hard in the tribal-dominated area. The manner in which the BJP has started various schemes for the tribal class, from PESA law, on their own, they have full faith that the tribal class will be seen standing with them.

Congress counted these events
Congress spokesperson Anand Jat is raising questions on BJP. They are saying that even though the BJP is trying to help the tribals, they cannot forget what happened to the tribal class. He said that the way the tribals were buried in pits by people belonging to the BJP party in Nemavar, whereas in Seoni, the BJP supporters made tribal brothers and sisters victims of mob lynching. There are many such exploits due to which the tribal class is angry with the BJP.

Congress’s hopes are young
Congress hopes that on the lines of 2018, tribals will be seen standing with them. Along with this, he says that he has a long army of tribal leaders. Even though both the political parties are trying to portray themselves as tribal friendly, but with whom the tribals of Madhya Pradesh are with, it will come to the fore only after the results of the 2023 assembly elections.
