New Delhi: BJP’s national executive meeting is starting tomorrow in the capital Delhi, in which all senior leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, and party’s national president JP Nadda will participate. This meeting is very important for the BJP in view of the assembly elections to be held in 10 states this year and the Lok Sabha elections next year. But the food served to the leaders during this meeting will also be special, because special attention has been given to the choice of Prime Minister Modi in the menu.

Dishes made in desi ghee will be served in BJP’s national executive meeting. Along with this, arrangements have also been made for dishes made of indigenous and coarse grains close to the Prime Minister’s heart. On the initiative of the PM, the UN has declared 2023 as the International Millet Year. That’s why bajra has been given a special place in the lunch and dinner sessions held during the BJP’s national executive meeting. While preparations are on to serve Prime Minister’s favorite dal khichdi, food made of millet, barley, jowar and ragi will also be available.
South Indian cuisine will also be on the menu
There will also be plenty of South Indian dishes on the menu. From Ragi Idli, Dosa, Sambhar and especially sweets like Mysore Pak have also been arranged. Dishes like Dal Khichdi and Ghee, Sev Tomato Curry, Marwari Pulao, Namak Ajwain Ki Roti, Aloo Methi Sabji, Rava Masala Dosa, Sambhar will be served for dinner on 16th January. In the dessert there will be sweets like Mishri Mawa and Badam Halwa, Mysore Pak. Dishes made of millet have been given prominence in the lunch on the second and last day of the executive on 17th January. Mainly starter made from coarse grains will be served to the members attending the executive.

Lunch: Buttermilk with Bajra Maheri, Red Cowpea Salad, Fiber Curd Bada, Millet Papdi Chaat, Ragi Idli, Bajra Khichdi with Chutney and Sambhar, Millet Bicebele Bhaat with Kadhi, Jowar Dhokli, Methi Bajra with Panchmeli Dal Greens, jowar roti, bajra roti, millet fenugreek paratha, barley and gram paratha will be served. Along with this, bajra kheer and shamak’s spin will be there in the dessert. On the initiative of Prime Minister Modi, the UN has declared the year 2023 as the International Year of Millet, since then the Government of India is continuously promoting these crops and grains. On the last day of the winter session of the Lok Sabha, PM Modi invited all the MPs for lunch in the Parliament canteen, in which dishes made of millet were served.
