Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has started organizing lottery draws for 5579 flats and 68 plots in Pune division on 22 January 2021. Applicants who applied under this scheme, if their name is found out in this draw, then its information will be released on the official website of MHADA. Officials said that even after Kovid 19, around 53,000 applications have been received. This lottery will come out for plots and flats in Pune, Solapur, Sangli and Kolhapur.

The authority has announced that Kovid also plans to hold online sessions on YouTube to avoid overcrowding at the live show. The winners of the lottery will be informed through a message. The list of applications which will be accepted will be made available online on the website.

Flat price is 30-40% less

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar launched the scheme online. Earlier last month, Chief Executive Officer of MHADA, Nitin Mane said that we are providing houses to people at a very low price, the price of the flat will be less than 30-40 percent market price. The way people have applied for it is clear that people are in great need of the house in the market. This is an absolutely transparent process so that people can get homes at reasonable and low prices.

Plots are also being sold in Noida
Noida Authority is offering a chance to buy 341 plots in 23 days. All these plots are in total 18 sectors of Noida. To buy the plot online, you have to go to the website of Noida Authority and bid for the plot. According to Noida Authority, all 341 plots are vacant in Sector 31, 39, 41,43,44, 46, 47, 49, 51, 52, 53, 70, 72, 92, 99, 105, 108 and 122 sectors of Noida. According to each plot, its rates are already fixed.
