Bihar Jharkhand News Today LIVE: Police made revelations in the case of lynching of 16 year old teenager Amar Kumar in Patna. Amar’s friends had beaten him to death. Thinking that he was dead, they left the NMCH hospital and fled from the spot. Three minors were arrested in the case.
