In such weather, the district administration appealed to the drivers to drive with caution. Due to Lakhandei river passing through Sitamarhi city or rather Lakshmana river encroaching on their land, the owners of luxurious houses are no longer well off. The district administration started preparing to use bulldozers on such encroachers. Sitamarhi DM Richie Pandey directed the Municipal Corporation to take action against those encroaching on the river land. Instructions were issued to demarcate the river land and identify the encroachers.
