Bijnor: The happy atmosphere of the wedding ceremony in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh turned into apprehension of a major incident when a threatening letter was found outside the groom’s house, in which he was threatened with death. As soon as the letter was received, the entire family was horrified and informed the police. Although the marriage took place under police surveillance, a second letter was received after the marriage, in which it was said that there would be consequences.
This entire incident took place in Dhela Ahir village of Bijnor, where the groom Bholu Kumar was about to get married and only a few hours were left for the marriage procession to take place. Then they received an unknown letter outside the house, which shocked the entire family. The letter threatened that if the wedding procession was taken, the groom’s dead body would be returned. As soon as the letter was read, the family’s happiness turned into mourning.
The groom’s father informed the police
The groom’s father Naresh Kumar informed the police about the entire incident and lodged a complaint. The family suspected that some major incident might happen at the wedding, due to which everyone was scared. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the groom’s house and security arrangements were increased there. The wedding procession left the village with utmost caution and Bholu’s marriage took place.
Second letter received after marriage
However, the family’s difficulties did not subside. The very next day, another threatening letter was found outside the house. It was written in this letter, ‘Listen Bholu and his family, you did not understand. You got married after applying security, but you will have to face the consequences, whether it takes 10 days, 6 months or 1 year, it will be remedied. Bholu, you have made a mistake, which will be very dangerous for you.
Despite security, the second letter found outside the house shook the entire family from within. The discussion regarding this incident has intensified in the entire village. At the same time, the family has appealed to the police for justice and requested to put the person who threatened them behind the bars as soon as possible. Police have registered the case and started searching for the accused. The police have assured the family that the person making the threat will be caught soon.
