Soaked dry peas – 100 grams, ground rice – 30 grams, tamarind water, chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon, turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon, salt as per taste, oil – 10 ml, tomato – 2 chopped.
How to make Chana Bhaja
To make Chana Bhaja, heat oil in a pan. After this add onion and fry till it turns golden. Now add ginger garlic paste in it. When the onion turns golden, add gram to it and cook for a while. After this add turmeric, chilli and salt as per taste and mix well. Now add chopped tomatoes in it. Now add tamarind water to it and cook. After this add the powdered rice solution.
