Ingredients for making lemongrass noodles soup
200 grams lemongrass
100 grams carrots
50 grams french beans
5 ml soy sauce
4 red chillies
10 grams Garlic (chopped)
1 inch Ginger (chopped)
10 grams of rice noodles
Salt to taste
2 grams Green Onion (sliced)
A little oil
Water – as needed
How to make lemongrass noodles soup
Make a paste by mixing some water in lemongrass and filter it.
Soak the whole red chillies in hot water for 20 minutes.
Make a coarse paste of red chili soaked with ginger and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and fry it by adding vegetables.
After this, add the prepared paste of red chilli, ginger and garlic and mix it.
Add lemongrass water to it and add rice noodles and boil for 4 minutes.
Sprinkle salt and soy sauce over it, garnish with green onions and serve.
