Bihar IAS Officers Transfer: Bihar government has transferred IAS officers. CK Anil has become the Principal Secretary of the Revenue Department. Whereas Deepak Kumar Singh has been appointed Director General, Mihir Kumar Singh has been appointed Development Commissioner. See below which IAS have been transferred.
Patna: The General Administration Department of the Government of Bihar has today issued notification of transfer and new appointments of many Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. These changes will have a direct impact on the administrative functioning of the state. The government has given responsibility to new officers on important posts in different departments. The government says that these changes have been made with the aim of further improving the administrative work. This notification has been issued by Government Secretary Md. Sohail on the orders of Bihar Governor.
most important changes
CK Anil has been given the responsibility of Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department. 1991 batch IAS officer CK Anil has been transferred from the post of consultant to the Principal Secretary of the Revenue and Land Reforms Department. Deepak Kumar Singh has been made Director General-cum-Chief Investigation Commissioner. Deepak Kumar Singh, a 1992 batch officer, was earlier Additional Chief Secretary in the Rural Affairs Department. Now he has been given the new responsibility of Director General and Chief Investigation Commissioner in the General Administration Department.
Mihir Kumar Singh becomes the new development commissioner of Bihar
Mihir Kumar Singh, a 1993 batch officer, was earlier holding the Industries and Transport Department and other additional charges. Now he has been appointed Development Commissioner of the state.
Kundan Kumar has been made Secretary of the Industries Department. He was holding the post of Resident Commissioner in Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi and was also looking after many important additional charges. Along with the new responsibility, he will also continue his old additional charges.
B.Karthikye Dhanji’s extra weight reduced
He was earlier holding the additional charge of Secretary of the Industries Department. Now he has been relieved of this responsibility, while other charges will remain with him.
Other major changes
Sanjay Kumar Singh has got a new responsibility. He is the Secretary in the Commercial Tax Department. The government has additionally given him the charge of Officer on Special Duty in the Home Department.
Darbhanga Divisional Commissioner Kaushal Kishore will now also hold the additional charge of Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur. Tirhut Divisional Commissioner Raj Kumar has been made Additional Secretary in the Transport Department and has been called to Patna.
