He told his name as Pramod Kumar, resident of South Tola Barabanki. Many mobile phones were recovered from him. He told that he used to steal mobile phones or other valuables from the pockets of passengers waiting to get into the station or train and in the same way, he used to run away after getting into the moving train. Due to the high speed of the train, the victim was not able to catch it. Even today he was running away after stealing the mobile.

GRP caught Chand Babu who is a vicious mobile thief. He said that before committing the incident, he used to mark the crowded trains, running trains, trains standing on the platform and carry out incidents of theft and robbery on the platform. After committing the crime, he used to go to the front compartment of the same train and when the train slowed down, he used to jump out with the stolen goods.
