Unnao: During the raid at the house of YouTuber Anurag Dwivedi in Nawabganj of Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh, the Central Investigation Agency ED has attached 4 luxury vehicles, which also include Lamborghini and Mercedes. Anurag Dwivedi is accused of earning huge sums from Sky Exchange and other online betting and gambling apps. According to ED, Anurag got married last month on a cruise in Dubai. Called 30 people from his village by plane. Anurag bore the expenses of everyone’s travel. From here he came on the radar of ED.
ED is investigating the money trail and illegal earnings of this entire network. ED Kolkata is investigating this case and has recovered these vehicles. It is said that Anurag Dwivedi once used to travel on a bicycle.
According to the ED investigation, Anurag Dwivedi is accused of earning huge amounts of money illegally through Sky Exchange and other online gambling and betting apps. These apps provide online betting, which is illegal in India. Investigative agencies say that the earnings from these apps were diverted here and there in different ways and then luxury cars and other expensive things were purchased with the same money.
ED has taken this action under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The investigation revealed that efforts were being made to hide the assets created from illegal earnings and make them appear legitimate. On this basis, ED took action at Anurag Dwivedi’s Nawabganj residence and attached all four luxury cars.
