2 medium potatoes (boiled)
1/4 cup chickpeas
Salt (as per taste)
Rock salt (as per taste)
1 green chili
Little pomegranate seeds
2 tsp lemon juice
The method of making kulle chaat
Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them into 2 halves.
Now remove the potato from inside and make it like a bowl.
Mix chickpeas, green chillies, pomegranate, ginger julians, salt, rock salt, chaat masala and lemon juice and fill it.
– To enhance the taste of your mouth Kulle Chaat is ready.
Serve it with tea.
