The name of the woman seen in the picture is Rizwana, who lives in the city of Lucknow. According to a report in news outlet The Mooknayak, she has been working hard for the past three years to feed her family. She is taking care of the livelihood of the family including her three children.

Rizwana was married 23 years ago and her husband used to drive an autorickshaw. But one day her autorickshaw was stolen, after which Rizwana’s husband started begging and meanwhile her husband left the house in tension and never came back. Rizwana does a variety of odd jobs, including working as a domestic help, supplying disposable cups and glasses to tea and coffee shops as well as street vendors, and still barely makes ends meet .

However, Rizwana has nothing to do with Swiggy and does not do any kind of work for Swiggy. He needed a strong bag to carry his belongings and bought it from a street vendor for fifty rupees. People on social media were impressed by Rizwana’s story. People appealed to the Swiggy company to help.

Rizwana’s monthly income ranges from 5 to 6 thousand rupees. But with such a meager income, the expenses of his house can be run with great difficulty. Rizwana has two daughters and a younger son. Whereas the elder daughter is married. Rizwana is still hopeful that her husband will come back and her life will go back to normal. Rizwana told that she never extended her helping hand to anyone.
