Ingredients for making jackfruit kebabs
1 cup jackfruit grinded seeds
1/2 cup gram lentils
1 finely chopped onion
Salt, whole red chilli, garam masala as per taste
1 piece ginger
4 cloves garlic
Coriander finely chopped
1 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste

How to make jackfruit kebabs
To make jackfruit kebabs, first cut small pieces of jackfruit. But they should not contain seeds. Now place jackfruit, gram lentils in a vessel and add some water to boil. But add enough water to melt it. Now add salt, garam masala, ginger, garlic, whole red chilli and salt and keep it to cook. When the water becomes dry and the lentils melt well, then take it down and grind it finely after it cools down.

Now add finely chopped onions and green chillies, coriander and make a round tikki. After this, put a little oil in the pan. Remember that you keep cooking the oil used in it first and then after adding it little bit while baking it. When they sink from one side, then bake from the other side as well. Then serve it with hot chapatti with some chutney or sauce.
