First MP in 1991, then successive victories
For the first time in 1991, he contested the Bilhaur Lok Sabha constituency in Kanpur on a Bharatiya Janata Party ticket and won it and reached Parliament. After this, he continued to be an MP in 1996, 1998, 1999. He was taken to Delhi a few days ago due to a corona infection.
