In the Kanjhawala road accident case, the case against the accused will now go on under 302.

New Delhi. In Delhi’s Kanjhawala road accident case, a case has been registered against the accused under section 302. Section 302 has been imposed in the Kanjhawala road accident case after the order of the Ministry of Home Affairs. In the case of Anjali’s death, investigation was going on after registering a case under section 279/304A/304/120B. But after all the physical, oral, forensic and scientific evidence, section 304 has been replaced by section 302.
On the other hand, on Monday, the accused Ashutosh Bhardwaj was granted bail on Tuesday. Additional Sessions Judge Sushil Bala Dagar had on Monday reserved its order on Bhardwaj’s bail. The judge said on Tuesday, ‘The accused is granted bail on a bond of Rs 50,000.’ Under the conditions set by the court for bail, the accused will not tamper with the evidence, will not go out of Delhi-NCR, will join the investigation if needed and will keep his mobile phone on.
Last Friday, the Delhi Police suspended 11 policemen on duty in the PCR van and picket at the time of the incident. Please tell that in the intervening night of December 31 and January 1, 20-year-old Anjali was hit by a four-wheeler. Anjali, who was going on a scooty, got trapped under the car after falling on the road. Anjali was dragged for several kilometers.
Anjali had died a painful death in this accident. Anjali’s body was mutilated. On January 2, the police arrested Deepak Khanna (26), Amit Khanna (25), Krishna (27), Mithun (26) and Manoj Mittal in this case. Another accused Ankush surrendered on January 6 and was released on bail the next day.
