A one-day employment fair will be held on 28 November 2025 at ITI grounds in Begusarai. Direct recruitment on 100 posts will be done by the reputed company Motherson Automotive. Begusarai: The last week of November is bringing a big gift for the youth who are wandering in search of employment. Such a job camp is going to be organized in the district, about which there is excitement as well as a kind of suspense. Giving information, the District Planning Office said that a one-day employment fair is going to be held on 28 November 2025 at the ITI ground of Begusarai, where the country’s reputed company Motherson Automotive Technologies & Engineering will directly participate in the selection process. A large number of youth are expected to gather in this mega job camp which will run from 11 am to 4 pm. There is a possibility.
Direct reinstatement on 100 posts
District Planning Officer Rana Amitesh Niyojanalaya’s YP Pankaj Rajput and JSA Rahul Kumar said that a total of 100 posts have been announced in this job camp, which is being considered as a “golden opportunity for the youth of Begusarai”. The youth looking for jobs were waiting for this for a long time. According to the officer, the selection process has been kept completely simple and transparent so that every eligible candidate can get a chance.
He clarified that to participate in the job camp, it is mandatory to register on NCS Portal (www.ncs.gov.in). Candidates who are already registered can directly reach on the scheduled date, while non-registered candidates should first register their names on the portal. On November 28, candidates will have to appear at the venue at 10 am with all their necessary documents.
Position, Qualification and Salary
Motherson Automotive Company is going to recruit ITI, Diploma and Graduation pass candidates. The age limit is fixed at 18 to 30 years. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs 14,800 to Rs 21,500, which will be decided as per their qualification and post. Apart from this, additional facilities like attendance bonus of Rs 1,000, canteen facility and bus service will also be given.
The important thing is that the selected youth will be posted in Gujarat. It is mandatory for the candidates to bring their bio-data, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, educational certificate and two passport size photographs. This camp has been scheduled only for male candidates.
Registration required on NCS portal
Officials reiterated that only those candidates can participate in the job camp, who have registered on the NCS Portal. The role of the employer here will be only that of a facilitator, while the selection process will be done directly by the company.
An atmosphere has been created in Begusarai regarding this job camp and there is hope among the youth that this will prove to be an opportunity which can change the direction of their career.
