A strange case was seen in Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University of Bihar. Here Sushil Kumar of RDS College accused the university of giving wrong degrees and asking for money for improvements. Due to this his career is in danger.
Muzaffarpur. Sushil Kumar, a student of RDS College, Muzaffarpur, has accused the Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University administration of serious negligence and irregularities. Sushil Kumar, who completed his Bachelor of Industrial Chemistry graduation in the session 2015–2018, says that he had applied to the university to get his degree by filling the state level form. Whose roll number is 35831. Sushil waited for the degree for four months, but when he received the degree, he was shocked – he was given the degree of Bachelor of Microbiology instead of Bachelor of Industrial Chemistry.
Demand for money instead of improvement
Student Sushil Kumar told that after getting the wrong degree, he should reach the university to get it corrected and get his original degree. But the treatment he received there made him more upset. Sushil alleges that when he informed the concerned department of the university about the mistake, instead of rectifying it, he was asked for money. According to the student, the officials clearly said that improvement is not possible without giving additional funds.
Got microbiology degree instead of industrial chemistry
Sushil Kumar told that he is not only shocked by this error, but is also mentally disturbed by the university personnel handing over the wrong degree and then demanding money. He said that getting a degree in Microbiology instead of Industrial Chemistry could have a direct impact on his career. This can create serious problems at the time of document verification in various competitive examinations including government jobs.
Sushil has urged the university administration to issue his correct degree as soon as possible, so that there is no adverse impact on his future. The student has also demanded that the personnel who demanded money from him should be investigated and action should be taken.
