Dr. Puneet Verma says that you can know in a very simple way whether your heart is fit or not. For this you will have to do a test. You can do this test at home itself. The name of this test is step test. With this you will be able to know whether your heart is healthy or not.
What is needed to do the test?
-To practice the step test, you will have to pay special attention to two things. You have to take steps, but you have to place your steps at a height of at least 12 inches.
-A heart rate monitoring device is needed, which checks the heart rate every minute.
How to do the test?
You have to do this test for three minutes. The method of doing this is also very easy. Use a timer or clock to keep track of time. Now walk up and down 24 steps every minute. By moving up and then down once, this will be a complete step. In this way you complete your 72 steps in three minutes.
