Sahil has demanded that he wants to meet Muskaan and her newborn daughter Radha. However, this request of Sahil has been refused by the jail administration. Sahil and Radha will be able to meet only in the video conferencing room in front of the court. Saurabh’s family members have described Radha as Sahil’s daughter. Muskaan is raising her daughter Radha while staying in jail. Muskaan, who is in jail, is changing her habits. Muskaan has given up drug addiction and is immersed in devotion.

As soon as the baby was born, a big question arose in the family of deceased Saurabh, is this baby Saurabh’s or Muskaan’s lover Sahil? This question has now become one of the most important points of this murder case. Saurabh’s brother Bablu has clearly said that it is very important to get DNA test done. According to him, if the girl proves to be Saurabh’s biological child, then the entire family is ready to adopt and raise her. But if it is proved in the DNA that the girl is Sahil’s child, then they will not accept her.

In such a situation, Muskaan will have to raise the girl. The family says that it is important for the truth to come out in this matter, because it is not just a question of the identity of the girl, but also an issue of the inheritance and rights of the family of deceased Saurabh. The family also alleges that Muskaan and Sahil were in illicit relations for a long time. This is the reason why Saurabh was murdered. Bablu says, “We want to ensure whether the child is our brother’s child or not. If it turns out to be Sahil’s child, it would be unfair to impose it on Saurabh’s family.” This is why they are insisting on adopting legal process for DNA test.
