Pilibhit Tiger Reserve Viral Video: A shocking video has emerged from Pilibhit Tiger Reserve, in which two vehicles are seen surrounding the tiger standing on the canal bridge. It is being told that the guides and safari drivers ignored all the rules and played with the safety of the wildlife. As soon as the video of the incident went viral, the forest department swung into action. Now it remains to be seen when the action happens.
Pilibhit. These days the tourism season of Pilibhit Tiger Reserve of Uttar Pradesh is going on. Generally, videos of spectacular sightings of tigers come out from here. But recently a video of Pilibhit Tiger Reserve has surfaced in which rules are clearly being flouted. This action of the guide and driver, which is contrary to the rules, is playing with the lives of both the tiger and the tourists.
Pilibhit Tiger Reserve is known for its continuously increasing number of tigers and its spectacular siting. It is noteworthy that as per the current data, there are around 80 tigers present in Pilibhit Tiger Reserve. Due to the wide network of canals and rivers and abundant food in the forests of Pilibhit, the stature of the tigers here is also very impressive. This is the reason why tourists from all over the world are coming here.
A big incident could have happened
However, in the greed for tips and showing tigers to tourists, guides and drivers flout the rules. Recently, a video of Pilibhit Tiger Reserve has surfaced on social media in which rules can be clearly seen being flouted. Actually, a tiger while strolling reached the Saiphon bridge. Then vehicles surrounded the tiger from both sides. It can be clearly seen in the video that the tiger got upset after being trapped in this situation. It is noteworthy that in such circumstances, the lives of both the tiger and the tourists were in danger. If the tiger had attacked, any major disaster could have happened.
Tourists sitting on safari route, photo goes viral
Along with this, another photo is also going viral on social media in which all the guides and tourists of Pilibhit Tiger Reserve are seen sitting on the safari route and waiting for the tiger. Obviously, during the safari, tourists cannot disembark anywhere except at designated places.
Will action be taken against guides and drivers?
Giving more information on the entire matter, Pilibhit Tiger Reserve Deputy Director Manish Singh said that the viral video has come to his notice. The said guides are being identified and the responsibilities of the guides and drivers as well as the range level officers will be decided.
