An FIR was registered on October 13 on the complaint of Harimilan Mishra, brother of deceased Ram Gopal Mishra. In which there were 6 named and 4 unknown people. 13 people were made accused in the police investigation. Out of 13 accused, 3 accused were acquitted due to lack of witnesses. 10 people were made accused. After a trial of 13 months and 26 days, the accused have been sentenced today by ADJ First.

Four people from the same family punished
The court has sentenced 4 members of the same family in the Bahraich violence case. One of them, Sarfaraz, has been sentenced to death and the remaining members have been sentenced to life imprisonment. How brutally was Ram Gopal murdered?
In the court, the lawyer on behalf of the victim’s side told that the criminal act was done by the accused with a guilty mind. The accused killed Ram Gopal by firing 7-8 rounds, firing of which multiple rounds proves a definite intention to commit murder. There were 40 intrusive wounds and two external wounds on the body of the deceased, deep burn injuries were caused by burning the toes of both the feet and the nails of the toes of both the feet were pulled out.
