Indian Railway News: Due to technical works in Ajmer-Madar railway section, Ranikhet Express will be operated on the diverted route on 11th and 12th December. Kathgodam-Jaisalmer and Jaisalmer-Kathgodam trains will pass through Rewari-Ringas-Phulera-Merta Road-Jodhpur route respectively. Passengers have been advised to check tickets, timetable and station stoppages.

Railways changed the route of Ranikhet Express for two days

Jodhpur. Due to ongoing technical works between Ajmer-Madar Junction stations of Ajmer Division of North Western Railway, Ranikhet Express will be operated on a diverted route for one trip. This information was given by Jodhpur DRM Anurag Tripathi. DRM said that due to the LHS work being done for the construction of RUB on km number 44 in the Ajmer-Madar Junction railway section, the necessary block has been taken. Due to this block, Ranikhet Express will be operated in both directions via diverted route.

Due to the above block, Train No. 15014 Kathgodam-Jaisalmer Ranikhet Express leaving from Kathgodam on 11th December will operate via the diverted route Rewari-Ringas-Phulera-Merta Road-Jodhpur instead of its scheduled route Phulera-Ajmer-Marwar Junction-Jodhpur. During this time, the train will stop at Ateli, Narnaul, Neemkathana, Ringas, Phulera, Kuchaman, Makrana, Degana and Merta Road Junction stations on the route.

Train will run on this route on December 12

There will be halt at these stations during the transition period. Similarly, on December 12, train number 15013 Jaisalmer-Kathgodam Ranikhet Express running from Jaisalmer will also operate on the changed route Merta Road-Phulera-Ringas-Rewari instead of its regular route Jodhpur-Marwar Junction-Ajmer-Phulera. During the transition period, the train will stop at Merta Road, Degana, Makrana, Kuchaman, Phulera, Ringas, Neemkathana, Narnaul and Ateli stations.

Travelers advised to be cautious

Railways has appealed to the passengers that those who have planned to travel on these dates, should check their tickets, timetable and station stoppage information in advance. Train timings may be affected at some places due to route changes. Railways has ensured that the journey remains smooth, but passengers will be safer reaching the station with updated information. According to railway officials, this technical work being done on the Ajmer-Madar railway section will make railway operations safer and faster in future. After completion of RUB and LHS construction, the speed of trains will increase and the need for blockage will also reduce.
