Lack of moisture in the skin is the most common problem in winter, due to which stretching and dryness increases. In such a situation, natural moisturizers like aloe vera gel, coconut oil, shea butter and almond oil prove to be very beneficial for the skin. Applying moisturizer immediately after bathing keeps the skin moisturized for a long time. At the same time, applying light coconut or almond oil before sleeping at night keeps the skin soft and glowing till morning.
Often in winter, the face is taken care of, but the hands and feet remain dry, due to which the problem of cracks and irritation increases. Therefore, it is important to apply moisturizing cream immediately after washing hands. At the same time, apply mustard oil or glycerine on the feet at night and wear socks while sleeping, this keeps the heels soft and the problem of cracking goes away.
