Ingredients to make Sugar Free Khoya Sesame Laddu
White sesame seeds – 500 grams
Khoya-400-500 grams
Dry fruits- 1/2 cup
Dates- 200 grams
Ghee-2 tbsp
Dry ginger – 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder- one spoon
How to make Sugar Free Khoya Til Laddu
Place a pan on the stove and add sesame seeds to it and roast it lightly. If you want, you can also add some ghee. When it is roasted, take it out. Now add finely chopped dry fruits to the pan and fry. Remove seeds from dates and cut them into small pieces. Put khoya in another pan or wok and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add finely chopped dates and dry fruits into it. Now add cardamom powder into it. You can grind the sesame coarsely in a mixer or use it whole to make laddus. When the sesame and khoya mixture cools down slightly, take some mixture and shape it into laddus. Your sugar free, tasty, nutritious and healthy Khoya Til Laddu is ready.
