To make rice flour, first soak the rice for a few hours. After that grind everything finely in a mixer. Then pour sufficient amount of water in a vessel and keep it aside for boiling. Take out a quarter cup of water in a separate bowl. Its accurate estimate is that if there is one cup of flour then only one cup of water will be required. Similarly, measure the same number of cups of flour in the same vessel and boil the same amount of water. In boiling water, slow down the flame, add salt and 2 teaspoons of oil and now add rice flour and keep mixing slowly. Then after some time turn off the gas. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 5 minutes so that the rice flour becomes soft.

Now put the flour in a deep vessel and knead it until it becomes a soft chapatti-like dough. Keep the soft kneaded dough covered for 15-20 minutes, this will allow the dough to absorb all the moisture and swell and set well. Rice flour is ready to make roti. Place the pan on the gas to heat it, take out a lemon sized ball from the dough.
First make all the dough balls and then start rolling them. Use your hands before rolling the dough. This will make it easier for you to make roti, and it also makes the dough flexible and easy to roll.
Now roll the roti into round shape using a rolling pin. Keep in mind that if the roti sticks while rolling, then add flour or flour to it. After rolling, place the roti on a hot pan and after some time, cook the roti on the pan and then puff it on the fire. After this your roti will be ready.
After making rice roti, you can eat it with any vegetable of the season like potato, cabbage, potato pea, cabbage, gram vegetable etc.
