Today, there are few people left who have learned the recipe of making this Adauri from their grandmothers. Those who are keeping it alive and in the changing times, this Adauri is also becoming their main source of livelihood. People buy it from the market at expensive prices because it tastes very good. Today we will tell you the method of making a delicious vegetable of brinjal and adouri. This vegetable is not only delicious, but it is also a good option for your family.
Material: Brinjal – Potato – 1 Adouri – Garlic – Onion – Mustard – 1 tsp Cumin – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – 1 tsp Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder – Salt as per taste and oil
Method of preparation
1. First of all, cut the brinjal and potatoes and clean them thoroughly.
2. Put a pan on the gas stove, add some oil to it and fry the potatoes and brinjals well.
3. After that fry the Adouri well in oil.
4. To prepare the masala, first grind garlic, onion, mustard and cumin thoroughly in a mixer jar.
5. Put a pan on the gas stove, pour some oil in it and add ground spices in it.
6. Then add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder and fry it well.
7. Then add fried brinjal and aloo adouri along with the masala and fry for 15 minutes. Now, add water as per your requirement and cover it with a vessel.
8. When the vegetable is done, enjoy it with hot rice, roti and puri paratha.
You can also make this vegetable with your favorite spices. You can keep this vegetable in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
