Ingredients for making Sarson Saag
500 grams mustard leaves
250 grams spinach leaves
125 grams bathua leaves
1 onion
1 tablespoon corn flour
10-12 garlic cloves
2 inches ginger
First Tadka:
2 tbsp ghee
2 onions chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp chopped green chilli
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
salt as per taste
Red chilli powder as per taste
1 tablespoon dry mango powder
Second Tadka:
2 tbsp ghee
2-3 chopped red chillies
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
