Doctor Iqbal says that there should be a right balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in our diet. If the body gets these three things in the right quantity, then energy remains and the strength to fight diseases also increases, especially in winter. Using sesame seeds and sesame oil, which is also called sweet oil, is very beneficial. It is good for both the heart and blood.
For protein, Dr. Iqbal has advised us to eat boiled black gram. Apart from this, it is very important to eat seasonal fresh green vegetables and fruits.
