Roast fenugreek seeds, celery and turmeric on low flame. Once cooled, grind them and make a fine powder. Keep this powder safely in a dry and clean container.
Take half a teaspoon of this powder every morning on an empty stomach and half a teaspoon at night before sleeping with lukewarm water. With regular consumption the effect becomes visible gradually.
This remedy reduces swelling of joints and provides relief from pain. It helps in keeping the uric acid level balanced and makes it easier to walk.
