Consume fenugreek seeds on an empty stomach in the morning.
Doctor Indrajit explains that fenugreek contains elements that help in controlling blood sugar. Soak one spoon fenugreek seeds in water overnight. After eating fenugreek seeds on an empty stomach in the morning, fenugreek seeds are soaked in water. This water should be consumed.
Cinnamon will be beneficial
Dr. Indrajit says that cinnamon is considered helpful in controlling blood sugar. You can mix it in tea or add a pinch of it in lukewarm water and drink it.
bitter gourd juice
Dr. Indrajit told that bitter gourd has special nutritional properties which help in reducing sugar. Drinking a small glass of bitter gourd juice every morning and evening can be beneficial.
Amla is very beneficial
According to Dr. Indrajit, Amla is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants. Taking Amla juice or powder regularly helps in controlling the sugar in the body.
what to eat and what not to eat
For sugar patients, it is most important to pay attention to their diet. Absolutely reduce white sugar and strong sweets. Keep distance from cold drinks. Do not eat too many fried foods. Wheat, barley, millet, ragi are beneficial instead of refined flour.
Eat fruits wisely: People with diabetes should not eat too many sweet fruits. Eat less banana, mango and grapes, apple, guava, papaya and orange are better options.
Walk for 30 minutes daily: Walking briskly for 30 minutes daily improves the insulin action of the body. Do light exercise in the morning and evening. People who do not want to go to the gym can do yoga or brisk walking at home.
It is also important to keep stress low: Increase in stress also increases sugar level. Do meditation, yoga, pranayama and avoid watching mobile and TV till late night.
Drink more water: Due to lack of water in the body, blood starts thickening and it becomes difficult to control sugar. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
