Chitrakoot News: Accountant of Chitrakoot Arbaaz Khan said that the biggest problem in measuring land is disputes and mixed numbers. The process is completed quickly if the correct information and correct entitlement are applied. The measurement of dispute free land is easily done after the consent and affidavit of the tenants.
In today’s time, land related problems have become the biggest problem for the people. People keep visiting the tehsil for many days to get their land measured, but now if you want to get your land measured easily, then it is very important for you to know some important rules and procedures. Accountant Arbaaz Khan posted in Chitrakoot has shared important information about the entire process related to land measurement.
According to Lekhpal, whenever an application comes for measuring land, the first thing the revenue team does is the on-site inspection. Many times measurement cannot be done because the land is disputed. If there is a dispute between two parties on land and one party does not consent to the measurement, then in such a situation it becomes necessary to file a Section 24 suit. The aggrieved party is advised to apply for this case, so that the dispute can be resolved in a legal manner.
Problems increasing due to mixed numbers
The accountant said that the biggest problem in measuring land arises when there are mixed numbers. Many times, due to lack of correct information, farmers file title deeds in a hurry, while the title deeds of mixed numbers are cancelled. After this, people think that the Revenue Department is not doing their work, whereas the real problem is of wrong entitlement application. If people apply following the correct procedure and correct information, the disposal of cases is completed without any hindrance.
The process becomes easier when there is agreement
If the land is dispute free then the measurement process becomes quite simple. The revenue team takes written consent from the nearby farmers that they have no objection to measuring the land. Most of the people give consent, after which an affidavit is prepared and the date of measurement is fixed. On the scheduled date, the process of measuring the land is done and it is written down from the tenant that the process of measurement has been completed in his presence.
Accountant Arbaaz Khan said that if people make correct application with correct information, then the process of measuring land not only becomes easy but is also completed on time without any dispute.
