Ravi S Narayan/Patna. The official residence of Rabri Devi, former Chief Minister of Bihar and Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council, has been changed. After the order of the Building Construction Department, now Rabri Devi will have to vacate her 10 Circular Road residence, which used to be the center of RJD’s politics for the last two decades. Instead, he has been allotted a new residence at 39 Hardinge Road, which is located just opposite the Assembly. The new residence is said to be very big and modern in terms of size, facilities and security. News 18’s exclusive access revealed that this two-storey building located at 39 Harding Road comes with a spacious complex, which has a large garden, wide lawn, paved quarters, servant quarters and ample parking space. The interior of the house is also more organized and modern than before. Rabri Devi will now conduct her political meetings and activities from this new residence. For a long time, 10 Circular Road was the power center of RJD, from where the political strategies of Lalu-Rabri and Tejashwi Yadav were made. But after the new decision of the government, this address has now changed to 39 Harding Road.
