On the other hand, Swabhiman Morcha President Bobby Pawar has given a press conference and demanded to immediately form a Special Investigation Team (SIT) and conduct an investigation into the entire matter.
Vikasnagar: A land related matter has again come into limelight in Haripur Kalsi area of Jaunsar Bawar tribal area of Uttarakhand. It is alleged that more than ten bighas of land has been purchased here by an outsider Muslim Ghulam Haider. The allegation is that the Muslim man is a resident of Jammu and Kashmir, who has purchased land here by wrongly preparing fake documents. On the other hand, complainant Sajay Khan, who is alleging that Ghulam Haider is an outsider in the whole matter and purchasing the land wrongly through fake documents, is a local Muslim.

He has alleged in a press conference that land has been bought and sold through fake documents, due to which the danger of changing the demography of the area is increasing.
Even a person from Dehradun cannot buy land
Swabhiman Morcha President Bobby Pawar says that Haripur-Kalsi falls in the tribal area, where even a person from Dehradun cannot buy land. A Muslim citizen has claimed ancestral land in that area. Describing it as serious, Pawar has demanded immediate initiative from the local administration and investigating agencies.
This issue was raised in 2024 also
The matter had come up earlier in 2024, during which the matter also went on in the court of the District Magistrate and the then DM Sonika, after hearing the matter, has also issued orders to vest the said land in the government on July 24, 2024. Despite this, the dispute over the said land still persists. On the other hand, after the Chief Minister’s Office took notice of the entire matter, DM Dehradun was instructed to investigate.
