Now, if customers complain about getting less oil, then a provision has been made in the Consumer Law by a competent court. Petrol pump owner’s license can be suspended for a period of up to two years if convicted in the court for the first time. If a complaint comes against the petrol pump owner even after the second or later, then the license can be permanently canceled.
