When it dries well, grind it. After grinding, keep it in a box as powder. When you want to drink, mix one spoon of Amla powder in hot water, keep it for some time and then drink.

Now turn off the flame and let the gooseberries soak in hot water for 10 minutes, then take out the seeds and cut them into pieces.
