Housewife Priyanka Devi has shared an easy recipe to make Paneer Bhurji. He told that to make Paneer Bhurji, two types of ingredients have to be taken, firstly ingredients have to be taken for gram flour masala and secondly ingredients have to be taken for Bhurji.

The ingredients required for gram flour masala are roasted gram flour three tablespoons, red chilli powder one tablespoon, cumin powder one teaspoon, turmeric powder, chickpea masala half teaspoon, pav bhaji half teaspoon, chaat masala half teaspoon, salt, curd half cup, milk one fourth cup, hot oil two tablespoons.
To make bhurji, take 250 grams of grated cheese, chopped spinach, one bowl, oil one tablespoon, butter one teaspoon, green chillies two chopped, finely chopped garlic one tablespoon, ginger chopped 1 inch piece, onion three finely chopped, tomatoes three finely chopped, salt as per taste, gram flour masala, lemon juice one tablespoon, fresh green coriander.
First of all, put all the ingredients of gram flour masala in a vessel and mix it well and prepare the solution. If it becomes too thick then add a little water. Now heat oil and butter in a pan and fry garlic, ginger and green chillies in it till it turns golden. Then add onion and fry. After that add tomato and salt and fry for a few minutes. Now add gram flour and spice mixture to it and let it cook for a few minutes. After cooking, add spinach and cook for a few more minutes. Then add a little water and cook the mixture until it thickens. When the masala leaves the oil, crush the cheese, mix it in the masala and cook the bhurji for a few minutes. And finally add chopped coriander. By adding green coriander its aroma and taste become even more spicy.
It not only enhances the taste of food, but is also very beneficial for health. In winter, gram flour and cheese help in giving energy to the body, removing weakness and protecting from cold. Desi ghee and spices strengthen digestion, due to which this dish is considered very beneficial for winters.
