First of all prepare the gooseberries by cutting them into slices, after this heat some oil in the pan and add peanuts to it and fry on low flame till they become crisp. Now add chopped gooseberries and fry for 7 to 10 minutes and let them become soft. After this, add green chillies and garlic and continue frying for 5 to 7 minutes, so that the taste of the spices gets mixed well. Finally add cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds and let all the ingredients cool down.
After this, when the mixture cools down, put it in a mortar or pestle and pound it lightly. Add fresh coriander and salt as per taste and grind it coarsely, so that its desi and traditional taste remains.
