Rewari Crime: A family was destroyed in a land dispute in Rewari, Haryana. The head of the family was murdered at midnight. While three other people are injured. The police have registered a case against a total of 19 people. The victims are being treated in the hospital.
Rewari. Late night in Rewari, Haryana, a person was murdered after entering his house over a land dispute. Three people were injured in the incident. 15-18 accused raided the house at night and attacked the family. At present, the police is investigating the matter. Police have taken the body into custody and the injured are being treated in the hospital.
According to the information, a land dispute took the life of a person late night in Nainsukhpura village of Rewari. The attackers entered the house and beat a person to death with sticks, while three people including a woman were seriously injured. The injured were immediately admitted to the hospital.
According to the information, the deceased has been identified as 53-year-old Mahesh, resident of village Nainsukhpura. He was a LIC agent by profession.
According to the family members, this dispute was going on for the last one year and the matter is also pending in the court. A year ago also an incident had taken place over the same dispute. The attackers were local residents, who included 18 to 20 people, including women. Everyone entered the house and raided. The attackers beat Mahesh Kumar so brutally that after beating him, they held his legs and dragged him outside. Three members of the family also suffered serious injuries and are admitted to a private hospital.
Police station in-charge Bhagwat Prasad said that the incident is said to be related to a land dispute. The aggrieved party has filed a named complaint against 19 people. Police have registered a case under various serious sections including murder and started investigation. The accused are still absconding, police teams are conducting raids to search for them.
