These things will be needed
Fresh Kadima leaves, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garlic, onion, mustard, oil and water. You can take the quantity of all these according to the number of people to be cooked. It is in your hands to do more or less.
The method of preparation is as follows
Wash and clean the Kadima leaves and let them dry. Mix gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder in a bowl. Make a paste by adding some water to this mixture. Apply this paste on Kadima leaves and place them on top of each other. Fold the leaves into a round shape and tie them with thread. Heat water in a pan and steam the leaf rolls in it.
Fry after steaming
After cooking, remove the rolls and cut them into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry the roll pieces. Make a paste by mixing onion, garlic and mustard in a mixer. Put this paste in oil and fry the spices. Add water to the spices and let it boil. Add the fried roll pieces to the spices and cook the vegetable. Serve the vegetable hot.
