Ingredients for making Green Chili Sour-Sweet Pickle
Green chili – 250 grams
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup cumin powder
1/4 cup coriander powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup jaggery

How to make Green Chili Sour-Sweet Pickle
To become a sour-sweet pickle of green chili, first wash the chili thoroughly and wipe it with a cloth, so that its water dries up. After this, cut the chilli into two equal parts. Now mix vinegar and jaggery in a vessel and put it on the heat. Stir and cook until the jaggery completely dissolves in the vinegar. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on the flame. After this add chopped chillies and turn the heat on high and fry the chillies properly. Now add cumin, coriander and salt, stir it well with a spoon, so that the masala will be well coated on the chillies.

Now add the prepared mixture of jaggery and vinegar and cook it while stirring till it comes to a boil. After this, turn off the heat. Take your sour and sweet pickle. You can eat it with parathas, puris with chutney. If desired, you can also fill it in air tight jar and keep it for further.
