A total of 15 companies will participate in this employment fair, out of which 14 companies are from Gumla district and 1 company is from another state. During this period, direct recruitment will be done on a total of 717 hundred posts. Besides, with the aim of providing various opportunities in the field of self-employment, government departments like Industries Department Gumla, JSLPS and Bank of India Rural Self-Employment Institute (RSETI) will also participate in this fair.

Young professional Ravi Kumar Gehlot said that the unemployed young men and women of the district have a golden opportunity to get employment or start their own self-employment and enhance their skills. Direct recruitment will be done on 717 posts under these companies.

To get a job in companies, there are other qualifications ranging from 5th pass to matriculation, ITI, graduation, post graduation etc. While talking about the age limit, people between the age of 18 years to 65 years can get the job. The pay scale will be given from Rs 8 thousand to about Rs 30 thousand per month. There is no age or qualification prescribed for self-employment.
