Material:
2-4 big size potatoes
1 cup sim
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp fenugreek
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp celery, salt to taste, oil
Method:
1. First of all, boil the potatoes in the cooker and remove the peel and cut them into thin shapes.
2. Boil the sim or fry it in oil.
3. Roast mustard and fenugreek in a pan and grind them with the help of a rolling pin or in a mixer.
4. Put the fried sim and finely chopped potatoes in a plate and add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, celery, salt and ground fenugreek mustard spice.
5. Heat oil and add it so that the pickle can last for two to four days.
6. You can serve this pickle with rice, roti, or paratha
Tips:
Potatoes and sim should be boiled well, so that the pickle becomes soft. You can add spices as per your taste in pickle. Pickle should not be served hot i.e. immediately prepared, eat it after a day so that it tastes more delicious.
