A grandmother’s statement has created a lot of uproar on social media. According to the report of The Sun, a woman living in Britain has claimed that she takes money from her own children to take care of her grandchildren.
Remember, when you were little, your grandmothers would have been happy to see you and would have run around and done everything they could for you. From cooking to giving you bath, your grandmothers must have done everything. But would never have wanted anything in return. But today’s grandmothers have become quite different. A British grandmother takes care of her grandchildren and takes money from her children in return. She charges Rs 1,000 per hour. People are quite surprised to know this.

According to the report of The Sun, a woman from Britain, who is famous on social media by the name @welshbuttergirl, has claimed that she takes money from her own children to take care of her grandchildren. That too at £10 per hour (approximately ₹1,050). Not only this, she increases the charge for overnight care to £100 (about ₹10,500). People did not like this attitude of grandmother at all and she was called “selfish” as well as “greedy for money”.

She takes money from her own children
In her controversial video, the woman said that she does not find it wrong at all to take money. She says that the children bother her early in the morning, and she is forced to get up early unnecessarily. She said, “I did not sign up to become a grandmother at the age of 40. I would rather do a job than this.” This mother of four children says that if she is taking care of her grandchildren, then she should be paid.
