However, the application process has started and some rules regarding eligibility will have to be followed, only then you will be able to avail the benefits of this scheme.

Manager of Purnia DRCC, Pankaj Kumar said that any youth of Purnia district who has passed graduation can easily avail the benefits of this scheme continuously for the next 24 months. Some rules will have to be followed regarding its eligibility. Whereas he said that there is a rule regarding age under which only graduate pass youth of 20 to 25 years will get the benefit.
