Fish Seed Production: Generally, fishermen are given training in fish seed production at Shalimar Fisheries Training Center located in Ranchi. For this training only a registration fee of Rs 200 has to be paid. The department provides many facilities to the beneficiaries in the 5-day training program, which include daily allowance, accommodation, food and water and transportation fare.
