Silver prices fall by Rs 2,000
In the local bullion market, the price of gold of 99.5 percent purity fell by Rs 600 to Rs 1,25,500 per 10 grams (including all taxes). Silver prices also fell by Rs 2,000 to Rs 1,56,000 per kg (including all taxes).
Spot gold fell 0.38 percent
Globally, spot gold fell 0.38 percent to $ 4061.91 an ounce, while silver futures fell 2.13 percent to $ 49.56 an ounce.
