Fall in gold prices
On Friday, the price of both gold and silver declined.

According to HDFC Securities, both gold and silver became cheaper on Friday due to sales in the international market. On Thursday, gold had closed at Rs 45,941 per 10 grams. Silver was Rs 69,426 per kg in previous trade.

Gold, silver prices decrease in Indore
At the same time, in the local bullion market of Indore, gold fell by Rs 25 per 10 grams on Friday and by Rs 950 per kg in silver. In spot trade, gold sold 48125 in high, Rs. 47500 per 10 grams in low and silver 68900 in high and Rs. 68350 in low. The average prices of precious metals (without GST) were as follows – gold at Rs 48100 per 10 grams, silver Rs 68850 per kg and silver coin Rs 750 per piece.
