Gold-Silver Price in Varanasi Today: The marriage season has begun. There is good news for gold buyers amid the auspicious time of marriage. Gold became cheaper by Rs 200 on Thursday (January 19) amid rising prices. At the same time, there has been a tremendous decline in the price of silver. On January 19, gold has become cheaper by Rs 200 in the bullion market of Varanasi. After this, the price of 22 carat 10 grams gold in the market has gone up to Rs 53,100. Earlier on January 18, its price was Rs 53,300. On January 17 also, the rate of gold was the same. On the other hand, if we talk about January 16, then its cost was Rs 53,100. Earlier on January 15, its price was Rs 52,700.

Apart from 22 carat, if we talk about 24 carat pure gold, then on January 19, its price is Rs 58,310 per 10 grams. Bullion trader Rakesh Verma told that the wedding season has started. In the midst of this season, there has been a slight decrease in the price of gold and silver. However, it is expected that there will not be any significant change in its prices going forward.
Heavy fall in silver
Apart from gold, the price of silver has also come down drastically in the bullion market. On Thursday, the price of silver fell by Rs 1000 in the market. After this silver became Rs 74,800 per kg. Earlier on January 18, its price was Rs 75,800 per kg and on January 17, silver was at the same price. Whereas on January 16, its price was 75 thousand rupees per kg. Whereas, on January 15, its price was Rs 74,000.
